At Nebroo Hearing Aids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Nebroo branded box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
